Environmental Consideration

We prefer to manually clear land, our experienced land clearing teams use a combination of chainsaws and brush cutters to either completely or selectively clear the designated area. Manual clearing is both environmentally friendly and also causes very little disturbance to the soil which will result in less regrowth of the pioneer plants and better long term results.

Minimal Down Time

Our preferred machinery supplier is Husqvarana. Their brand has stood the test of time when it comes to reliability and service and by using Husqvarana machinery we are able to guarantee minimal down time on our projects.

Tree Felling

Cruse Tree Service provides tree felling services in Mpumalanga, Swaziland and Mozambique.

Established in the year 2000, we have tremendous experience behind us, no tree is too big or too awkwardly placed for our well trained, experienced staff to fell.

We use only Husqvarna tree felling equipment, as their reliability is key to the successful and safe completion of all jobs we undertake. Through regular training, our experienced operators can safely handle any job.

Even though we take care in making sure that every job is executed with precision, we are also geared for the unexpected and carry public liability insurance should some unforeseen situation occur.

Cruse Trees Service is aware of all protected trees and legislation surrounding such trees and will not fell protected or endangered trees without the required permission and after following due process.

In the well-established farming community of Mpumalanga, many farmers have run into the problem where after many years of growth the density of their trees per hectare is affecting the fruit baring ability. It is common practise to prune trees but in extreme instances it might be necessary to remove alternate rows.

This might seem like an impossible job but at Cruse Trees our well trained team of staff are able to efficiently remove these trees without damaging the remaining fruit bearing rows. With our equipment, roots can either be removed or treated and all plant material is mulched and distributed within the orchard.
